Efficient ecologically safe grain production technology
Stripping Technology - Picture 2
Three main principes of the new technology:
harvesting growing crops by stripping
production of biologically valuable seed grain
rational use of straw
A fundamentally new grain production technology is developed. It consists in that plants to be harvested are combed with a toothed working organ that detaches only heads from the plants, leaving standing stalks. In this case biologically valuable grain is separated and collected. Biologically valuable grain is the ripest grain in the head. It is characterized by high ripeness, germinating ability and vitality. Biologically valuable grain enhances the quality, palatability and nutritive value of foodstuffs.
The device for harvesting grain according to the proposed technology is simple in design. It is a stripping device provided with a separator of biologically valuable grain. Separated grain is collected into an additional grain-tank. The equipment for separation of biologically valuable grain can be installed on strippers that are now produced in the USA and England.
We have developed stripping devices for the new technology, that have a number of advantages as compared with the available ones. They assure a high-quality operation on unleveled fields and are good at harvesting laid plants and plants of different height.
At present, we have filed a number of patent applications the new grain production technology, the stripper design and basic units. The developed portfolio of inventions provides novelty of the technology. The use of biologically valuable grain as seed grain makes it possible to increase the yield of a culture and reduce the seed expenditure in sowing. When investing in the production of the proposed machinery, specialized farms united by the new technology may be established created in different regions of the world.
